Inclusive Recruitment and Supported Employment Projects

Building on our experience of project managing the Scottish Government WeCanWork intern programme. We build on this knowledge and lived experience to deliver our supported employment programme for employers looking to attract and recruit a more diverse talent pool to their organisations. We are keen to work with employers to offer a supported programme with the following:

• Job Description design to ensure inclusive language and removal of barriers.

• Recruitment Advertising and response handling

• Mock interviews for shortlisted candidates 

• Support at interview, reasonable adjustments, 

• In Work Support for successful candidate / employer for duration of internship

• Access to Work guidance.
