Inclusion and Accessibility Workshops, Training and Development

Building on our own lived and work experience of disability, access and inclusion,  we work with organisations, employers and individuals in a supportive and non judgemental environment to help remove the fear of getting it wrong.

Through these workshops we discuss statutory duties, models of disability and the Disability Employment Gap, helping to shape the conversation before going onto discuss and highlight practical solutions, alternative approaches, strategies, policies and procedures organisations can implement to help them become more accessible and inclusive for all who face barriers when accessing services, goods.

Delivery of our workshops can be in-person or online. To help aid participation, the maximum delegates for online sessions is 20.
